At the suggestion of model Romana Lara, Fru has created a series of human associations in which the human body is transformed into imaginative animal creatures. In this work Fru is an artist, photographer, stylist and model (panda) in one person. Fru has been designing animals in this way for over 20 years. CALVENDO Verlag has published numerous very different calendars by him and Romana Lara. "Bodypainting BESTIARIUM" is nominated for the GREGOR AWARD in Stuttgart.

THE GREGOR AWARD EXHIBITIONS: In Stuttgart's Haus der Wirtschaft, the award will be on show daily except Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. from 24 January 2020 to 8 February 2020. The exhibition at the Karlsruhe Regional Council at Rondellplatz (Karl-Friedrich-Straße 17, D-76133 Karlsruhe) runs from February 19 to March 8, every day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The opening ceremony in Karlsruhe will take place on 18 February at 6 pm. All 650 calendars will be shown, including all GREGOR NOMINATIONS and medal winners.
